* Non-Participant Seminar Attendee, Pageant Director or Coach- $150
~ Includes Seminar Fees to attend all classes as well as event tickets and dinner Friday night.
* Chaperone Fee $50 (covers seminar days, dinner Friday night and event tickets.) Must be attending with a participant and girls who are currently competing in pageants are not considered chaperones.
* Application Fee – Sweetheart $175

General Rules & Additional Information
* Former Miss Rodeo America & Miss Rodeo USA titleholders not eligible ~ Sorry.
* Traditional Rodeo Queen rules apply.
* There will be no titleholder responsibility or no title to represent. This is a jackpot only.
* Contestants cannot be married or have never been married.
* Contestants cannot be pregnant or have ever given birth to a child.
* No crowns and sashes will be worn during competition.
* You do not have to have a current title or have ever won a rodeo queen pageant.
* We will award cash & prizes in the following Categories: Photogenic, Personality, Appearance, Impromptu, Questions, Modeling, Interview, media Interview, Speech and Test. The All-Around Cowgirl will be determined by the highest combined scores from all judges from all categories. All-Around cowgirl will win a prize package as well as cash.
* Sportsmanship will be expected at all events from participants and their parents/chaperones/coaches.
* There will be no attempt to influence the judges. Judges will be kept secret until the start of the jackpot
* Sweetheart age will be 5-8 (will allow girls up to 10 to enter sweetheart) and the girls will compete in every aspect, excluding test and will be competing for All-Around Cowgirl and photogenic only however they will all receive a great prize package!!! Sweethearts will have the option of moving up to the Princess age group if they choose. (Awards will only be given out if there are 6 or more girls in this group)
* The more girls that enter each age division, the more prize money will be paid. For example: If 6 girls enter the personality category, we will pay a first and second place prize. If 8 girls enter we will also pay a third place & so on. We will also have some pretty amazing prizes that go along with the cash.
* Entry Fees will be $300 for the Princess, Teen & Miss Division. After Early Registration deadline, the fee will increase.
* All the seminar classes are FREE for the jackpot participants. All others will be charged $150 for attending the classes on Thursday and Friday.

* Age groups may be combined if we don't have at least 6 in each. For example, if we only have 2 Teen Pro, we will combine that group with the Teen group. At the last jackpot we did move the 17 year olds and the association queens up into the teen pro to help even out our groups. The decision will be made by the Royal Review Jackpot committee. We only got 2 Miss Pro and 16 Miss so we split that group by age and it evened it out perfectly.
*Photogenic and Test and awards will be combined by age. For example: All Teen and Teen Pro contestants will be competing together for these awards. Multiple places will be paid. If we get large numbers of girls in any of the groups we will consider splitting these awards similar to all the others.
* All other awards will be given to each age category.
* In order to award an All-Around buckle, there must be 6 entered in that age group.
Amateur & Pro Guidelines
* Pro divisions will include any girl who has won a state or national title. For example: If you won Miss Rodeo State Princess when you were 11 but you are in the teen division now, you will still be considered a pro. (All this is determined by age, amount in group, etc! It’s subject to change!)
* Age groups may be combined if we don't have at least 6 in each. For example, if we only have 2 Teen Pro, we will combine that group with the Teen group. At the last jackpot we did move the 17 year olds and the association queens up into the teen pro to help even out our groups. The decision will be made by the Royal Review Jackpot committee.

* There will be 3 judges in each category. If there is a tie we will refer to judge 1 scores, followed by judge two and if there is still a tie we will compare judge 3. If a tie still remains, we will award two cash prizes for that category.
* The winners of each category will be determined by an accumulation of all 3 judges in each category. There will be 6 judges total. Each girl will be judged by 3 judges at each event. We may choose to alternate judges at the different events but will make sure that every girl in a particular age group is judged by the same judges for that event. For Example: All teen girls will be judged by the same judges in/at a particular event. If judge A, B & C judge teen interviews, judges D, E & F can judge teen speeches as long as all the teen girls are judged by the same 3 for that event. We may choose to alternate judges per event to get a different set of opinions.
